The 12^th Hongkong International Wushu Competition, Chinese Wushu Duanwei Examination-Hong Kong Evaluation will be held in Hong Kong from 14^th–18^th August 2017. Take the 11^th Hong Kong International Wushu Competition score as the standard of elective taolu technical evaluation. Carry out the Chinese Wushu Duanwei Examination-Hong Kong Evaluation. Execute the “Chinese Wushu Duanwei System Handbook” relevant document published from Chinese Wushu Association. Chinese Wushu Association will send supervision group and evaluation group on presided over the work. We will notify relevant information as follows:

 

The people who attend the 12^th Hongkong International Wushu Competition can apply for 1 duan~6 duan Chinese Wushu Duanwei.

(1) For those who attend the duanwei evaluate or promote the duan level need to apply for one item regulation taolu in “Chinese Wushu Duanwei System Handbook”. Apply for 2~6 duan level need to add a elective taolu item.

i. Regulation Taolu: Chinese Wushu Duanwei System Handbook

Include: Funny wushu（Before 1 duan Duanwei）, Changquan, Shaolinquan, Chen’s Taijiquan, Yang’s Taijiquan, He’s Taijiquan, Wu’s Taijiquan, Wu’s Taijiquan, Sun’s Taijiquan, Xingyiquan, Baguazhang, Tongbiquan, Chuojiao, Fanziquan, Bajiquan, Tanglangquan, Wuzuquan, Wing Chun, Self-defense. (Every duanwei level include single taolu, pair taolu, pair confrontation three items.

The contestants need to choose single taolu and pair taolu as regulation taolu. The contestants need to learn regulation taotu by yourself. The above wushu courses with teaching CD have been published by higher education press.)

ii. Elective taolu: The 11^th Hong Kong international wushu competition event classification (Appendix 1)

(2) The wushu duanwei competitor must confirm to declare the registration of wushu duanwei.

(3) Fill in the Chinese wushu duanewi evaluation application form with two 2cm x 3cm photos and the copy of Hong Kong identity card or passport (overseas), send the materials to the Hong Kong Wushu Union before July 15, 2017.

(1) Regulation taolu: It will evaluate centralized for the same quan and same duanwei.

(2) Elective taolu: The the 11^th Hong Kong International Wushu Competition score can be used as the 3 duan-6 duan technical examination result.

(3) Theory test:

i. Before 1 duan level: Operate wushu etiquette standard, understand the culture of wushu etiquette means.

ii. 1duan~6duan: Open-book examination and send the test paper at the time of registration collect the test paper at the time of technology evaluation.

4. Affirm the duanwei

One item score reached 6 points and know the culture of wushu etiquette，you can apply for before 1 duan duanwei.

Regulation taolu score (Single+Pair) reached 14 points, theory score reached to above 70 points, you can apply for 1 duan duanwei.

Regulation taolu score (Single+Pair) reached 15 points, theory score reached to above 70 points, you can apply for 2 duan duanwei.

Three items score (Regulation taolu score (Single+Pair) and elective taolu) reached 22.5 points, theory score reached to above 70 points, you can apply for 3 duan duanwei.

Three items score (Regulation taolu score (Single+Pair) and elective taolu) reached 24 points, theory score reached to above 75 points, you can apply for 4 duan duanwei.

Three items score (Regulation taolu score (Single+Pair) and elective taolu) reached 25.5 points, theory score reached to above 80 points, you can apply for 5 duan duanwei.

Three items score (Regulation taolu score (Single+Pair) and elective taolu) reached 27 points, theory score reached to above 85 points, you can apply for 6 duan duanwei.

(1) Hongkong and overseas: Participate in the regulation, elective and theory three items, qualified persons will receive the corresponding “Chinese Wushu Duanwei Certificate”,

(2) If one or two regulation item, elective item and theory score is up to standard（include Hong Kong, China and Overseas） will award the ”Chinese Wushu Duanwei System Score Certificate”. You can continue to take part in the duanwei test. For three items passed, and then declare the corresponding level. The achievements of each certificate is valid for 3 years

(1) Hong Kong:

Registration fee: HKD500/person.    Training fee: HKD700/ person

Promotion fee: 1^st Duan: HK $ 250    2^nd Duan: HK $ 350   3^rd Duan: HK $ 500
                   4^th Duan: HK $ 700     5^th Duan: HK $ 900    6^th Duan: HK $ 1100

(2) Mainland participants (China):

Registration fee: 1 Duan~6 Duan---RMB200/person

Promotion fee: Charged by local evaluate institution

(3) Macao, Taiwan, Overseas:

Registration fee: USD60/person.   Training fee：USD50/person

Promotion fee: 1^st Duan: US $ 60      2^nd Duan: US $ 90    3^rd Duan: US $ 130
                   4^th Duan: US $ 160     5^th Duan: US $ 200   6^th Duan: US $ 230

(1) You can not apply for the duan level skip-level. If you are 3 duan, just can apply for 4 duan, can not apply for 5 duan or above.

(2) If you are 6 years old or above and have wushu basic skills can apply for before1 duan duanwei.

(3) If you are 11 years old or above, not have duanwei level yet and apply for the duanwei test for the first time , only can apply for 1 duan in principle.

The athletes who apply for 4 duan, 5 duan or 6 duan need to offer a self-learning single taolu CD and pair taolu CD from “Chinese Wuahu Duanwei System Handbook” (If you apply for Yang’s Taijiquan 4 duan, it must be include Yang’s Taijiquan 1 duan, 2 duan, 3 duan, 4duan single taolu and pair taolu), a resume about work on wushu achievements with recommender or the master’s sign to evaluation group for evaluate duan level.

(4) Promote Duan Level

i. Promote before 2 duan level: obtain before 1 duan level for half a year or above and 6 years old or above.

ii. Promote before 3 duan level: obtain before 2 duan level for half a year or above.

iii. Promote 1 duan level: obtain before 3 duan level for one year or above and 11 years old or above..

iv. Promote 2 duan level: obtain 1 duan level for one year or above.

v. Promote 3 duan level: obtain 2 duan level for one year or above.

vi. Promote 4 duan level: obtain 3 duan level for two year or above.

vii. Promote 5 duan level: obtain 4 duan level for two year or above.

viii. Promote 6 duan level: obtain 5 duan level for two year or above.

(1) If application, fee is not refundable from Chinese Wushu Association.

(2) If the score is not up to declared duanwei level, it will confirm the corresponding duanwei level.

(3) If the score is not up to declared duanwei level, the balance will be retreat more fill less.

(4) If you don*|*t accept the evaluation of duanwei level, all the expenses are not refundable
