Annex 4:
The 17th Hong Kong International Martial Arts Competition
And the rules of the 12th International Taekwondo Poomsae Championship
I. Competition items
(1) Individual skill competition
(2) Mixed doubles and team competition
(3) Taekwondo dance (exercise) and taekwondo comprehensive competition
(4) Taekwondo competition
(5) Competition project registration number (see Annex 1 for details)
2. Competition methods
(1) The competition includes individual patterns, mixed doubles, team competition, taekwondo dance (exercise), taekwondo comprehensive competition and taekwondo competition.
(2) The competition rules shall adopt the latest "Chinese Taekwondo Competition Rules" formulated by the Chinese Taekwondo Association and relevant supplementary provisions of these rules.
(3) The age group of the competition shall be carried out in accordance with the general regulations.
(4) Time regulations for each event: The time for completing routines in individual patterns, mixed doubles and team events is 1 minute; the time for completing routines in taekwondo dance (exercise) and taekwondo comprehensive events is less than 4 minutes; the time for a round of taekwondo competition is 90 seconds.
(5) Mixed doubles is a two-person project, with men and women paired; team competition is a three-person project, with no men and women paired; taekwondo dance (exercise) must be five people (including), with men and women paired.
Iii. Participation:
All national and regional taekwondo associations, taekwondo groups, colleges and universities, taekwondo schools, elderly associations, youth activity centers, taekwondo clubs, primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, towns and streets, communities and individual taekwondo enthusiasts can form teams to participate in the competition.
Iv. Related costs: to be implemented according to the general regulations.

Vii. The interpretation of this regulation belongs to the organizing committee of the competition. Other matters not covered herein will be notified separately.
